I booked with TSV Cleaning because of the positive feedback they had and decided to share my experience as well. I should mention that the team was a tad bit late for our appointment but apart from that, they did an amazing job. All of the kitchen appliances were sparkling and there was this overall feel of freshness and tidiness. I wouldn’t do it better myself, especially with my busy schedule around the move.

Good end of tenancy clean. Carpets hoovered and cleaned very well. All dust etc removed. A little bit of limescale was left on the kitchen sink and shower. But overall happy with the service.

The initial contact with this company was very good and professional but unfortunately that’s where it ends. The cleaning itself was ok, the cleaning team friendly and hard working, although I had to ask them to go back and finish cleaning the bathroom in areas missed and after the clean a couple of brown water stains were left on the carpet which we had to clean ourselves. Communication is a big issue with this company. I called and emailed the day before to confirm the booking, no response. The cleaning team were 45 mins late, I called and emailed numerous times without response, left voicemails. I wasn’t sure they would turn up, but eventually they did. My friend who booked cleaning the next day experienced the same communication issues. I spoke to the team and It seems the people I booked with actually outsourced the job to another company. I’m still waiting for them to respond.

Did a great job cleaning, the place was as good as possible once they had finished. The price was very cheap, as we had a large one bedroom flat but they didn’t request any more over the standard flat rate. Communication could be improved as we received an email after meeting and payment that we wouldn’t be covered by the Guarantee but still think the job was very well done and would use them again.
