I got a ombré nails and it turned out lovely, exactly how I want it. I am very pleased ! The lady was super friendly and was really attentive to what I want to do. Nice place, nice people, I am definitely coming back!

So I had the shellac for toes and fingers including the spa pedicure the gentleman did a wonderful job... Thankyou and the lady painted my nails wonderfully. Always accommodating to every client including the demanding ones Always smiling and always busy

This is such a shame, as I have used Unique once before and had a good experience. However, I've never been so disappointed with customer service at a nail salon before. I asked for color removal and new Shellac. The removal of the remaining gel color I had (in about six finger nails) was rushed. The shape was filed unevenly. I kindly asked if getting a white tip color done was advisable as one of my finger nails was too short and the lady advised not to - to which I decided to get a normal color and comeback the following weekend for my white tip. They charged me for a full manicure which I did not ask for or received adequately. The take off and supposedly \manicure\ cost 17! The nail technician was utterly rude, we all have bad days sometimes but please control your manners and don't take advantage of your customers. People work hard for their money and come to you for a pleasant treatment. Ask your customer first if they wish to have a manicure done and if so provide one worthy of the value. Utterly disappointing.
