Absolute unprofessional... booked a test drive and they confirmed via email that all was fine. Arrived at the store and they were closed... don’t waste your time going to this store... there are plenty of other places selling e-mopeds...

Bought a Niu N1S from these guys last December and they were excellent from initial discussions through to delivery and when I had a couple of follow-up questions. Really pleased to see they are doing well enough to open a London show room. Good luck!
I have to second what Andy Bansen said. I went all the way to their "London Flagship" Super Soco shop this week as I had some time off and wanted to try the TC and TC Max. Not only is it closed but it looks like its closed down. Its empty. I rang them and I got through to their shop in Sussex and i was told its been closed for 3 weeks! The suggestion was that I go to their other shops which are impractical to me especially as there are other dealers like Central Bikes or Green-Mopeds that are on my side of London. Of course I could still buy from them but apparently for servicing the bike will end up going to Sussex which presumably means I will have to pay for that. My advice is if you are going to market the fact that you are a Flagship store or any store at all then you should actually do it and not mislead and waste peoples time
