I found the wonderful man who was dealing with me absolutely amazing and I felt so valued as a customer. His name was Daniel Molinaro. I would love to meet him in person as I felt like jumping down the telephone line and hugging him. Great asset to the company!

I went into the Valentino at Sloane Square to try on a pair of shoes. Sat down for 20 minutes with no service. Admittedly the store was busy but there were people coming in after me that had been served. I approached a member of staff who very rudely told me to either come back in 20 minutes or leave and then walked off as I was in the middle of speaking (I had only wanted to know whether to go upstairs or remain downstairs to find a staff member to attend to me). The saving grace was the manager (I think her name is Rebecca) who personally apologised and attended to me and tried to make up for the service. But for her I would have escalated the issue further and left a far more scathing review as the staff member was rude to me once again while I was waiting. It’s worth mentioning that I was the only black person in the store and coincidentally the only one not attended to until the manager stepped in. A poor first time experience shopping at Valentino but beautiful shoes.
Nadia is always so helpful, she was a pleasure to deal with. All of the staff are lovely, highly recommend this store.
Beautiful boutique, some great pieces in the current collection and friendly and attentive team. Back soon.
Super unprofessional staff, I sent my shoes for repair because they wouldn't take them back (they broke after two days of use). They told me they would be ready in 10 weeks maximum. I go to the store after two months and they still didn't have them. I call after 4 months and they tell me they have been at the store for 3 months, that they came back from repairs after one month only and that also they weren't able to repair them! I can't believe this awful service from Valentino, I am so disappointed and angry. Staff should have known better, I have now expensive broken shoes that I have wore once and won't be able to wear again. Thanks a lot.

Vistied this Valentino Sloane Street branch on 23rd May 2018 ,cannot praise staff enough! Me and my husband merely walked in for a browse and with the help of staff member ANDREA i found my perfect rockstud heels! :) :) Andrea went above and beyond to accomodate us,! so glad we did not purchase online as this experience was well worth will be visiting again soon!!!!
