Came here for the Vault Festival and it was really interesting, met some cool people and found one of their bars that had a chill Mediterranean hippy feel to it. Toilets aren't terrible either. Plus the always developing street art in the tunnels are always awesome. For an under rail joint - this is a place to visit

The Vault in London London Waterloo is a fabulous underground venue filled with vast amounts of cavernous entertainment including music and theatre performances. The Vault Festival is still on site check out their website for ticket bookings and shows my husband and I visited 2 weeks ago to see my friend Angie Amra Anderson play African drums in a theatre performance called SOLD, the story of Mary Prince, a black slave from the Caribbean Island of Antigua. Amantha Edmead played Mary Prince, who helped to end slavery They were both outstanding performers. A performance definitely worth seeing when toured.
The Vault festival is a lot of fun. Wonderful bars, and great shows. If you're in London, definitely do yourself a favour and grab a few tickets. Only downside was the directions to the entrance - people have different ways of getting there, and the instructions on the ticket weren't much help. Would be better if they could draw it up but I'm sure there are people who found it fine. All in all, a great event to peruse new shows worth watching.
Great fun and great hosts would recommend.
