Just my Mrs order for Xmas day after boxing day and i have 20% off valid till 25-12-20 what great treatment we get as customers. Mrs wasn't very impressed at all with the service. Customer service is key. Keep treating us like this and u guys will be out of a job.

My friend and I had been victims of pickpocketing twice in this store within a month gap, which makes me think this is not an isolated case and there must be a group targeting this store or else.... I have reported it with the store manager but apart from expressing how sorry she was there was nothing done. I have tried to contact the store to ask them to look into these situations more carefully (perhaps check the cctv and look for a pattern but have not been able to get a response). So leaving this for any potential future victim to be extremely careful inside the store!

Stuff is not really helpful, kinda arrogant attitude Usually I have a good experience in Victoria’s Secret store, especially the one in Westfield, but Victoria’s Secret Bond Street I understand the pressure before Xmas, but service is horrible. Very dissapointed
