I have been going to Visioncare for the last 20 years due to their perfect mix of personalised service and professionalism. Today's appointment was no exception and I left knowing I had received the best care and advice possible. Whether I'm going for an eye test or trying out a range of new glasses, nothing is too much trouble for them; great service and great style as they usually always know what's going to suit me better than I do! Personally, I couldn't recommend them more and wouldn't trust anyone else with either myself or family's eye health and style, quite simply the best local opticians I could ever envisage.

I have bought all my glasses from Visioncare opticians for the last 7 years. Service has always been friendly yet professional, with great advice on the latest styles and what looks best on me. They carry a fantastic range of frames and I rely on them to make sure I have the glasses that suit all my needs. I love the range of really colourful and light weight metal frames for my varifocals which look awesome finished off with colour tinted photochromic lenses. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants eye care specialists they can trust to provide all round excellence.

I had my progressive eye glasses broken and put them for fixing at the shop just before lockdown, i paid the repair fee in full and then they sent the glasses to the lab. The lockdown happened, I follow up for the coming 2 weeks but the excuse was that the lab is closed or alternatively opening. I was returning home (flying from London), and was asking everyday about the glasses with no avail. Now I am back to my country and i call the \emergency number\ they placed at the door of their closed shop only to get a voice message; i am doing this everyday for the last 10 days and they are not even answering me ... So disappointed.
