My whole experience with Volition removals was excellent - Richard was quick to respond to my initial enquiry, he was polite and thorough in the initial assessment and more than accommodating when my completion date changed a couple of times. When it came to the move, I couldn't fault the team, they made the whole experience so much better than I expected, and took the stress out of the day. Paul, Simon and Peter were careful and considerate but quick and it was all done with a positive can do attitude and a lot of humour. I'd highly recommend Volition to anyone.

We had a great experience with Volition and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Excellent value, quick and organised. We were moving from a fourth floor flat with no lift to a busy high street and the whole move was seamless. Hugely polite and conscientious service, we would recommend in a heartbeat.
We used Volition for our house move from London to Surrey, and found the whole experience easy and stress-free. Our move happened during COVID, so we had a video call for Rich to see what we would be moving and to provide a quote, and the actual move day went really smoothly - they loaded the vans quickly and secured everything really well. Would definitely recommend - very professional and a good price. Thanks so much for making our move as pleasant as possible!
I cannot recommend Volition high enough - we used them for removal and packing services and everything was spot on. Team of 2 came one day to pack all our things, leaving us with enough stuff to easily survive the night and next day they arrived promptly in the morning to move everything to the new property. Even when faced with some unexpected obstacles (some furniture didn't fit through the staircase) they solved it without any issues. Overall, definitely a 5* service, and a good value for money as well!
The guys were great, they handled my move with absolute ease and no fuss. On time, and really efficient with everything. I will definitely be recommending this company, and look to use them myself again in the future.
