Arranging storage space with the team here at Vanguard was incredibly easy and stress-free. They have plenty of options of ways to view, book and pay for the space which is particularly helpful given my experience was during the Tier 4 Lockdown and thus was not at all in normal circumstances. The team -Ben and Ryan - were incredibly helpful and charming throughout and were more than happy to take the additional time when I was a bit more picky about the layout of the space I needed. In terms of COVID Compliance and Safety they have also done a good job of ensuring their spaces feel sanitised and hygienic. Thanks to the team and particularly Ben for helping me get this sorted!

I recently rented a storage space here on behalf of my employer and I can't recommend it highly enough. The best thing is absolutely the staff - I dealt with Alastair who I found to be efficient and helpful well over and above the call of duty. It was also the cheapest locker I found in Central London. The location is very central and easy to get to and the security is very impressive. I have no doubts about the safety of the items being stored, and would heartily recommend Vanguard W1 to anyone looking for a safe, affordable, Central London storage facility, with the bonus of top notch staff.

Amazing service & efficient staff - especially Ryan who has helped me on numerous occasions by staying later to ensure my unit was sufficient, and offering the chance for me to upgrade or downgrade my unit on the day of the move should i need more/less space. Besides the locations being extremely convenient, Vanguard’s also offers boxes, tape, locks, etc and provides you with a trolly to facilitate heavy items, and personalised codes for independent access. highly Recommend.
