I agree it's not easy to get appointments, but so is most of other gp. I am with them since 1995, and ever since Dr Uka take over this gp has been the best, she help me to get through my difficult life.

The receptionist is completely condescending and rude. When speaking to my partner who has a speech impediment she laughed and didn't listen. I have never dealt with such a level of incompetence before. When we asked for her name she refused to give it, we are changing surgeries immediately.

Keep changing the rules , one person says 1thing the next time it’s something else , told me to go econsult & did now I have no sick note possible loss of benefits not good , receptionists are rude & condescending rubbish

If you follow their guidelines for booking appointments it's all quite simple. Ring at 8am for a same day appointment and at 9am for anything within the next 2 weeks. All of the staff here have been friendly and helpful with me.
