Walthamstow Central is a London Underground and National Rail interchange station in the town of Walthamstow in north-east London, England. It is the northern terminus of the Victoria line and is the second of five stations on the Chingford branch of the Lea Valley lines operated by London Overground since 2015, 6 miles 16 chains (10.0 km) from London Liverpool Street between St. James Street and Wood Street. The two lines have separate platforms at different levels. The station has a public toilet, ticket office, and is well staffed. Sometimes there is even piped in background music.

Large, multifunctional metro and overground stops. There is a large bus stop on the front which offers transport in all directions in the area. Well-equipped, functional and with high attendance. I Recommended! 5 stars

I miss Marks and Spencer and Aldi in walthamstow Central market. They should have both the supermarkets.

It's rare for all the ticket machines to be operating at this relatively busy station. Be prepared for a queue. The station staff are generally helpful though which is unusual in London.

Decent train station, what I love the most is the quote of the day by the station staff and the station coffee place on the overground heading towards Liverpool Street.
