A post office located inside a tidy mart. The service was great.

Very inconsistent service. One day it all goes smoothly and the staff is super nice and professional, another day a member of staff literally interrupts me being serviced right in the middle because they have to scan something and I am told to use the other window (that happened twice in a month).
During the week the ladies at the counter are helpful and friendly. Complete change of service on the weekend by the men who literally are running the post office service. Rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Not a pleasant experience at all. Will be speaking to the manager.
Keep hanging the phone. Giving the wrong information, instead they gave customer service helpline telephone number for deaf.. Unbelievable staff...
Worse service i have experienced. Lazy staff who could not be bothered to recieve a simple return parcel with a qr cide sent by email by a high end retailer.

Today I was the post office there was a lady Mandothery she served me she was very helpful and very friendly the way she served me no body served me before really she was very very good in customer service many many thanks to mandatory
The lady was very flippant, did not listen to what I had to say and told me the wrong information, now my parcel will arrive late
