Have to say I had a conversation with Hazza today on the phone about the sign up process and a general stock enquiry and he was not only really knowledgeable on a random product question from the thousands that must be in stock, but also really helpful and clear. I am soon to be a customer and REALLY hopeful that the sign-up process goes smoothly so I can give them my money as the service has been great so far!

Greedy...Ripping off customers. Everyday prices goes up for popular items ex..rice in corona outbreak. Paid Royal Umbrella 20kg 27.99 on 17th March.Today the price is 38.99..what a rip off Guys. I bought same rice from Maning Impex for 24 for 20kg. Shame on you guys..you people are cheat. This is only one example you have increased prices for thousands of items.

I ordered for the first time from Wanis/tropical sun, and believe me I won’t be ordering again. When I opened the box a tub of tropical Seasoning and a tub of breadcrumbs was all over the box, I have tried to contact Tropical sun and Wanis to ask for a refund for these items but as yet they have chose to ignore me. Don’t buy.

Awful company. Shopped twice here as they sell all foods I like. If you buy in bulk they give short dates. Bought chilli sauce in bulk and had short date last order prior to this. This order several bulk cases of coconut water only under three months to finish. I never received part of my order but money was taken. They never responded their contact form, nor two pay Pal emails. They ignore all correspondence and have no phone number. I am now disputing with pay Pal as they owe me 2.99 for missing popcorn.
