This is one of my favourites. Personal Trainers and freelance instructors attentive, informative and caring. Great atmosphere throughout the gym. The atmosphere here is second to none for me. Love the peace and would recommend to anyone and less daunting for people who have never joined a gym or a newcomer or 1st timer to this gym which I why I gave this a 5 -star rating.

Started coming here end of January and have absolutely loved every class! I first started boxing fitness classes a few months before at another gym and I felt the instructor wasn't at all motivating or encouraging. WFL is the complete opposite! Never enjoyed classes so much, Shane is so motivating and a right laugh. Already feel much stronger than I did 6 weeks ago.
I’ve been going to warrior fitness for a few years now and love it. Since having my baby 6 months ago I’ve also started attending the baby friendly classes on weekdays, which allow me to exercise without having to worry about childcare. The core restore class on a Wednesday is an excellent class and Vicky who instructs ensures that each week the exercises are varied and challenging, whilst at the same time allowing you to work at your own pace in a non judgemental environment. Vicky will always help you adapt the exercises, if required, to ensure that any postpartum concerns are addressed. The studio set up has space for prams and there is a safe and secure area for babies to lie/sit/play. Vicky will also kindly hold your baby if you would like her to. Not only is it a great workout, it’s a lovely group of mums who attend with babies of various ages. I don’t know of any other fitness studios in the area who offer baby friendly classes and would highly recommend Warrior Fitness to anyone looking for a fun, effective and welcoming exercise class.
I love the Core Restore class - it's a proper workout unlike several other postnatal classes I've tried, and we've been coming since my son was about 10 weeks old. There's a variety of exercises each week to keep it fresh and challenging, and the structure of the class means you can pop over to your baby frequently. Vicki is a really nice teacher and offers lots of modifications for pelvic floor issues, abdominal separation, and different fitness levels - again unlike another baby friendly class I tried elsewhere, she seems really knowledgeable and I have felt safe to push my limits a bit even when fairly newly postpartum. There's a safe space for the babies to wriggle, you can incorporate your baby into the workout if you need to, and the staff are helpful with moving buggies and dealing with fussy babies. It also seems to attract a really friendly group of mums.
The instructor held one mums baby the entire time - despite seeing I was struggling for 80% of the class as my little one was fussy. The instructor tried to modify the workout for me but took away from the core- specific workout I came here for. I mentioned to the instructor that she should really have 1 more person to help hold the babies. Please be considerate and take turns holding other children so other mums can get something out of this workout.
