I took my watch to replace the glass which had a few scratch. It took them 3 weeks to replace it. First day I wear my watch on a rainy day, I notice some rain infiltration. I took it back the manager said "yes sorry we didn't have any glass that fits so we just put a replacement that didn't fit 100%". I leave it to them as the manager promised to find a new glass it. He mentioned they will need to order it from the headquarter. 3 months later a new glass has been fitted. However the mechanism has been damaged by the rain water and my watch does not work anymore. Thanks guys!

My review is not only a long one but equally long overdue for Watch Surgery Stratford. I have been a customer with them for nearly 8 years, I have benefited from their services in many ways, from buying new products to repairing a bracelet. It does not really matter what you are there for, they are always smiling and extremely helpful. Their services is akin to what you would expect to receive from the likes of Rolex, I kid you not. Nothing is too small, nothing is too big - they will always and without fail go the extra mile to satisfy you in every way a customer can be satisfied. It does not matter how busy they are, their attention to customers is never rushed, they still manage to serve you like you are the only customer in the whole centre. Over the years, I have been privileged in receiving the personal attention of Aramas, a true businessman but a real gentleman above all else. His attention and customer care being totally flawless every single time. The rest of the staff are by no means any less either, same DNA. And to think my words do not even do justice to them - they are even better than what I have managed to put on records here. Watch Surgery, thank you, thank you very much for always looking after me.

Nice and friendly service and staff. Good variety of watches and they let me try on whatever I asked for. The reason this is a 3 star review is because not two weeks after my purchase my watch battery died. Even worse, I looked up the model I had bought and found out it was sold online for around triple the price lower than what Watch Surgery offer.

I called over the phone if they did jewelery cleaning. They said they did. I went to see they and after seeing the piece of jewelery for a few seconds they said it was impossible to clean. He spoke with total confidence and waas quite curt. I went to another place and the problem was resolved by using a jewelery cloth and slowly cleaning the piece. I wouldnt recomment this place at all.
