Balraj is a great guy with top notch knowledge, understanding and passion for what he does. I've seen him for a couple of different injuries of different kinds and each session has been helpful, insightful and joyful to attend. He is wonderful at breaking down the process of the treatment and never leaves you without tools to take home to continue the rehab. His personality and chit chat are always fabulous too. On a more boring but important note, for a London clinic the price is really reasonable for the service provided and travelling to the clinic via public transport routes is easy. Highly recommend.

Balraj is at the top of his game. Incredible attention to detail his passion for physiology is infectious and he has an amazing ability to motivate you to put in the work to heal and prevent injuries. He’s brilliant at articulating his knowledge of anatomy in easily digestible language and takes the time to create specially tailored exercise programs that you can implement as part of your daily routine. He helped me get over a hamstring injury much quicker than I expected due to the training program he designed for me. Can’t recommend enough.

Thanks to his approach and skills, in less than two months I was already significantly better and I also understood more about my pain. He is able to provide professional help in a friendly way, whilst creating a feeling of trust. Highly recommend W12 Health Centre. I’ve been to a lot of clinics over the years and Balraj is one the best practitioners I’ve had. He’s knowledgeable, intelligent and a good communicator - especially good qualities in someone you’re trusting with your health. The clinic is pretty simple but don’t let that deter you. Same with Balraj’s relaxed attitude - he knows his stuff. Very competent guy.
