Purchased a used car last year from here. It was a painless and efficient process. Had a small issue with the car. Took the car in today and all resolved under warranty. Easy to book the car in, kept fully updated and amazing service. Also, they valeted the car. Don't tend to provide reviews for anything but the service from all at Nissan, from purchase to today, has been exceptional. I would have felt guilty not to say something. Never seen service like it in any sector.

I noticed how some people can be so unfair and downright rude to the hardworking staff at Hanwell so they can have their say. If my approach was of a negative mindset, I believe I should face the fate. But these guys are very mindful and respectful professionals. Picked up my new Qashqai today. Could not recommended this place enough! From start to finish absolutely fantastic service. Martin was brilliant, looked after me fantastically and got me an unreal deal.
Totally awesome experience from the moment you walk in. All covid protocols are being followed. You are shown video version of the inspection report before you agree or disagree to carry out any work with prices clearly shown before hand. Malvin Da Costa deserves a special mention here for his excellent customer service skills and his respectful way of dealing with customers. Keep up the good work guys.
Have had a seven year relationship with my Nissan Qashqai, giving constant service and reliabilty of performance (since new) and supported by the lovely Sales and Service team at Westway Nissan Hanwell. I do not see any chance of changing this lovely superbly maintained family sport utility vehicle until the requirement for electric propulsion is mandatory
