Excellent customer service. Everything was explained to me properly and the price was okay excellent compared to other shops. I thought I found an issue and went back the same day. I was explained that it wasn’t a problem and it was fixed with in seconds in front of me. Highly recommend

I wouldn't even rate this place one star. I went into the store to get my Sony headphones fixed as the swivel was broken on one side. I was requested to pay cash even though the guy next to me was paying by card. Also, I was told that they will be stable and will last me a long time as they will put a metal plate in it. Upon picking them up the guy had clearly charged me 40 for them to just be glued. Not only that they had scratches and glue marks over the headphones. The guy who handed them back tried to colour over it with permanent marker. Within 2 hours the headphones broke over me simply placing them on my ears. I'm It was a botched job so I went back to the store asking for my money back as they are clearly incapable of fixing them not only that, that's not worth 40. The guy was so rude, and accused me of deliberately breaking them (within the two hours). Not only that he refused to give me a refund. Avoid at all costs. Absolute rip off

Excellent customer service in the store. Staff were really polite and helpful. They were incredibly efficient in repairing my Beats Solo3 headphones within 20mins - looks practically brand new now! Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended.

BEWARE of their fake '3 month warranty'. I took my Bose headphone to be repaired , they identified the problem and put a new driver/speaker in. During lockdown I've noticed that if I plug the headphones in, the replaced speaker makes a painfully loud noise, which makes it unusable. I took it back and he pointed out I need to change the cable. OK, I did, bought a new cable, but sound is still there. I paid 85 for the headphone repair and it is literally unusable. They will do/say anything to get out of any responsibility. The guys was really rude and accused me of lying and told me that this buzzing issue has nothing to do with the job he did and I would be charged further for a different repair. Even tho the only driver that's buzzing is the one that HE REPLACED! On top of this, the gluing is an awful botched job and the speaker is rattling when I walk around with the headphones. I've been scammed out of 85. I had to pay cash, even tho others could pay with card , I was forced to pay with cash. My advice: AVOID!

West End Repairs have consistently fixed my headphones over a number of years, great service, friendly staff, rapid turnaround at a good price. They prove that you do not need to always upgrade your quality gear when it fails, you can get it REPAIRED! How traditional and old school is that, not many places like this left, and especially in Central London. Highly recommended AAA
