Absolutely useless guys working there. They never call you back when they promise you and always give you a different excuse. It's like they truly don't want your business. Will never bother with these guys again. Truly disappointing!

Hired WF to help me with my roof, I found them incompetent and unreliable company at best never respected any timeline they committed to (more than 7 committed dates failed to turn up after booking the builders etc.) original estimate was around 10 days after approval 3 months down the line they still ask questions the day they should have delivered to delay the project (plus hike up the price), now they are just ignoring my emails after getting paid 100%. Oh the usual trick is quote revised to pay for the mistakes they have made long beams that did not work even they conducted a site survey not sure how they could go for fabrication if the measurements on-site did not agree with their design ended up with beam sticking on the air, beams not centered and specially not on the pad stones they have designed, then ignored my emails emphasizing those anomalies until today no reply nor addressing them.

Terrible service. Paid for 6x steel beams for 1080. Advised I'd receive within two days. Called me the day I was due to receive order, advised it will be delayed until the following day. Now I've received another call at 7pm advising that I won't be receiving my order for another week. Their excuse is supplier issues. No apology, no solution, nothing. Very unprofessional, unreliable. Don't do business with them!

If I could I will give them 0 stars for their customer services! Absolutely rubbish service! No regard to customers! What does a man have to do to get a quote and an estimate delivery time? I've called them five/six times only to hear we will get back to you despite me stressing the importance of the tight deadline I have. If you cant deliver then say it! Shame on them for wasting my time. I highly recommend you avoid this company or else be prepared for disappointment.
