Problems with receiving my parcels from royal mail and Hermes. the tracking is saying they have delivered 15 days ago and i went to the shop and they told me I have to wait to get the scan code by text. 5 days after nothing. As a shop is okay. It has some stuff for emergencies.

Ordered from eBay and chose this place for collection point but for no reason this shop refuse the delivery and return the parcel back . I should’ve read reviews before order

I received 3 emails in confirmation that DHL had delivered a parcel to this local collection depot and went into the shop to collect my package to be greeted by a man with headphones on inside the counter. I explained that I was there to collect a package and showed him my tracking number. He then said that they had not received anything from DHL and did not make effort to assist me any further. A younger guy came over from stocking shelves, asked if there was a problem and proceeded to look for my package which he could not find but at least made the effort to look and was very polite. I called the shop on two more occasions after this, having received further confirmation from DHL that the package had in fact been delivered there. The person on the phone was quite unhelpful once again and when I asked how they knew the package had not been delivered and suggested that it may have been misplaced or stolen from the collection point (a small convenience store) he said, “I don’t usually take the time to explain every little detail to people over the phone” and ended the phone call. I found his behaviour and lack of empathy very odd. I have collected many packages from various collection points in my time and have never experienced anyone like this before. When this situation is resolved, I will never return to this shop and would encourage others to use alternative collection points/depots in the area.
