I recently had a shoulder operation and in order to return to work i needed a Home Working and DSE assessment. I sent photos of my home working station (dining room chair, lap top on a box etc) before my video assessment. On the day of my assessment Richard was able to tell me what i would need in order to assist with my return to work. The report was sent to my employer on the same day with a list of the equipment that i would need to return to work. . Richard made me feel comfortable through the whole procedure.

Based on a 30-min online evaluation, the consultant (Ronaldo) was able to quickly identify the positive and negative ergonomics of my workstation. I have purchased the recommended adjustments and my work ergonomics are indeed much netter now. I just need to start typing without looking at my keyboard - but it is better for the neck and back.
