I used their services for a year at a cost of 100 odd pounds. “Marriage Bureau” indicates that they will actively try to match you up to people you might be compatible with but that’s not really the case. On request they will send some profiles to review but often these are profiles you have already seen. You do get access to their folders of profiles but you need to physically go to the shop for this. I did have the odd phone call with potential matches over the year I used their service but overall it wasn’t very useful. It was probably the way to go 20 years ago but with the rise of the internet, apps and other Muslim social networks, I think there are better avenues to give your time/energy to when trying to find your martial partner. I would pay more than the 100 odd pounds for a genuine match making service but what’s currently being provided is a dated version of the apps where you have to do all the work.

Unprofessional. Shouldn't be gossiping or sharing information with others about the ppl who have come to you for help. Really appalling behaviour. Promises big but doesn't deliver. Sorry for this review, just being honest. Wouldn't recommend to anyone I know.
