They are making a special mother's ring for my wife as we just had a new baby and the one they made previously (which was also made beautifully) obviously doesn't have my new daughters birthstone. Considering that the ring had to be uniquely made from scratch on both occasions they offered incredible value, speedy delivery and let me pay in installments which was a great help. Cannot praise Cooleys enough and would highly recommend

If you want consumer satisfaction, try another jeweller. If anything is wrong with your purchase, you will have no chance of a refund. As soon as they get your money, that's it, they don't want to know. Try another jewellers, even H. Samuel's. There your statutory rights will be respected.

Cannot recommend this Jewellers highly enough (unlike H Samuel - who ripped off my father when replacing a battery!). The staff are lovely and they are extremely reasonable as far as price is concerned. I popped in today to ask if they could try to remove a pin on my watch strap (I'd tried but didn't have the proper equipment), after a few minutes of banging at it the lovely young lady returned with the pin removed. I asked how much I owed and was told "no charge", I cannot recommend them highly enough! :-)

Not too sure we had the cheapest enjoy Ng at half price bought both wedding rings from.here.. my ring was measured then came in 4 sizes too big we went back again still too big this has been a real pain.as we.live in killybegs
