I recently moved back from Australia and have been working as a substitute teacher. I wanted to buy my first home but heard it would be difficult to get a mortgage without a permanent job. I also didn’t have much of a credit history because I was living away for 13 years. A friend recommended Louise Irwin so I have her a call. She was amazing! Louise met with me straight away to get the ball rolling, she managed to get me a decision in principle really quickly despite my work and credit status and helped me with everything along the way including answering any questions I had (and there were a lot). I didn’t even have to pay her (very reasonable) fee until I had the keys to my new home. I would highly recommend using Irwin Financial.
