Excellent service Mary is friendly, thoughtful, and very genuine. Handling Covid admirably Cleans the scooters between each use. Excellent at instructing how to use the scooter and answering local information questions. Thank you

On a visit from Belfast to Derry my husband needed to use shop mobility foyle . We turned up without booking and were greated by Mary who enrolled my husband and after all the training and lots of advice we were on our way. We joined the walking tour which he was able to complete without hindrance. The service is great for those who may not otherwise get to see the city. We have already booked scooter for our next visit thanks again Mary

Mary was very helpful and pleasant, her instructions and directions where very clear and concise. Myself and my partner where visiting from Australia this Christmas, I myself am a native of Derry but left over twenty years ago to seek employment. I had recent surgery on my ankle which left getting around difficult, and being late in the day we discovered you guys, what a relief that was, for both me and my partner! Anyways, we got done what we had to do round town with such ease thanks to the scooter, and it was actually fun to!! As a free service I commend you, I'm only sorry that we could only donate 10 Aussie dollars as that's the only cash we had on us at the time, but we'll be sure to use you again and be prepared with a more generous donation next time!! I live near Belfast , I do like Londonderry / Derry much so I just ring Mary up during the week and let her know that, I would like to come on the Saturday or Sunday and use a Shop Mobility scooter, I'm really Grateful to Mary for organise it, that I can use a Shop Mobility scooter on the weekends. a big thank you to Mary!!!
