Have been several times but had to change an appointment due to partner needing open heart surgery gave adequate notice and asked to change or refund event!! Was told by Emma that they would resell as it was a sell out event!!! I kept checking web and my tickets were never offered for resale!!!!!! Emma assured me that there was a waiting list and that she was contacting all the people on the list to resell!!!!!! Poor service!!! Didn’t resell!!! Didn’t bother contacting me!!! Really stressful worrying time for our family and this company we’re unhelpful, unprofessional and unkind!!!!

I've been going on events with Haunted Happenings since 2009 and I wouldn't go with any other company. Was bemused to read a review from a year ago that mentioned actors?! I can safely say that no staff have been actors. Some nights there has been activity and some not. Nevertheless it's always been a fun and interesting night.
Really not worth the money they have actors that touch you but not aloud to touch them spent 60 to be kicked out after 5 mind DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY REALLY RUDE PEOPLE
