Myself and my 6 month old had a wonderful holiday at Looney dunes! It’s perfect for families and or couples. It had everything my baby would need, a cot, a highchair, a baby bath, toys, books and even a changing mat! The house is really clean and very well equipped. There is a beautiful garden which is perfect for eating outside. Enough parking for two cars as well. It’s about a 3 minute walk to the sandy beach which also has a car park attached to it if you’re feeling lazy. Rye is only a short car journey away and there are lots of lovely shops and places to eat. There’s a brilliant local Indian takeaway close to the house that delivers and the food is delicious. I cannot wait for another holiday here!

such a fabulous holiday home.It had everything. Tucked away and yet just a minute from the dunes. The gardens were so sunny, fab for eating al fresco and just generally hanging out. It was particularly useful on a very windy day. It was great to get to the beach at any time and pop back for lunch or a quick drink or whatever. The house itself was lovely; very clean, well equipped, plenty of room for the four of us, it felt more like home than a holiday let. We particularly liked having the record player and hundreds of records. There was so much brilliant music, something for everyone. And I loved the honesty larder - it meant that we didn't have to go shopping all the time as there were a good variety of basics to be able to knock up a meal. Chris had even put a homemade shepherd's pie in the freezer which was delicious. We spent loads of time on the beach and dunes, but also enjoyed some windsurfing , simply hiring the gear from a local sailing club. The lovely medieval smuggler's town of Rye is just around the corner, so plenty to keep everyone occupied. We'll definitely go back.

We stayed at Looney Dunes for a four days at half term and had a fantastic time. The house has everything you need for a beach holiday and more for when the sun doesn't shine. On the day it rained we had a table tennis competition in the conservatory which our girls loved. And when the sun came out we lounged in the garden and had a bbq. The girls loved the huge dunes to get to the beach and they sand sledged down them and they absolutely loved it. We also drove into Rye, 5 mins away, and had diary free ice cream and milkshakes at Noops. Quality cafe and restaurants just a short walk from the house too. We'll be back. Thoroughly recommend.

Definitely 5 stars, I love Camber Sands and this place is just perfect if you want a short weekend with or without friends, there's plenty of space, or for a longer stay. Just minutes from the beech and some lovely places very nearby for eating. Great house, we're coming again.... thank you

Wir durften 1 Woche im perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienhaus von Chris und Jenny verbringen. Chris empfing uns fröhlich und freundlich, so daß dies das sofortige Wohlfühlen noch leichter machte. Das Haus ist sauber, hell und lädt zum Verweilen im freundlichen Wintergarten, auf der schönen Terrasse und im Wohnzimmer ein, welches mit vielen Büchern, Spielen, Filmen und sogar Schallplatten ausgestattet ist. Nahe gelegen ist "Owl", ein netter Pub, in dem man auch lecker Essen kann. Unbedingt zu empfehlen ist "Khanˋz", wenn man indisches Essen mag. Im Farmshop gibt es leckere regionale Produkte. Der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen, auch die Hundestrände. Es ist gut gelegen, um schöne Tagesausflüge nach Hastings, Rye, Bodiam Castle usw. zu unternhehmen. Wir (4-köpfige Familie und 2 Hunde) fühlten uns willkommen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
