Ryan has been at this estate agents for over 20 years. I think that speaks volumes as most estate agents tend to move from company to company. Ryan talks honestly and always replies to calls and keeps you updated. He's also full of local knowledge so can make some good cost effective time saving suggestions for buyers and sellers. I wouldn't use any other company and did my homework before using Jeffreys. The professionalism is upheld throughout with a human, humorous approach to de escalate any anxieties. I have highly recommended to all my friends as a good estate agent is a rare thing. Their price is very competitive for the work but they offer a lot more service than their equivalent agents. You will feel as if Ryan is always prioritising your sale even though he is managing a wealth of others, no doubt all feeling as prioritised as I did.

I can highly recommend Jeffrey’s in Lostwithiel. Ryan was dealing with the sale of our property, he is very friendly and professional. He kept us regularly updated on developments and always on hand to answer questions. If he wasn’t in the office to take a call he would always get back to us the same day, we never had to chase. Well done on a fantastic service.
