The treatments you can take are varied and the staff,are professional friendly and very helpful, and whilst the products are expensive they are worth every penny

Love this place it's like a hidden gem. The facilities are amazing....the spa itself is lovely but the gym could do with making a bit bigger as it's quite small. And the hotel here is nice too, I stayed in a suite here and it was very nice, not anything upscale....but nice and staff seemed nice too. But the leisure facilities....loved it.

Really mean employee, I have been here for 5 times and introduced some friends here. But today when I want to join the membership that man just being not so nice. Did your manager know that how you treat customers？ pls stop being so mean to students. I will tell all my friends stopping coming here for spa or sth, coz the leisure centre on town is much friendly and have some nice receptionists！
