The staff at this centre are the absolute best! We arrived last week for a booked practical test only to find that errors at the DVSA centrally had created a situation where the theory test we had did not exist on their computer systems. This meant that we were faced with an incredibly stressful time trying to prove that the certificate and test that we had in our hands did actually exist even in the face of ‘the computer says no!’ that the central DVSA customer services were trying to stick to. Examiners Jo and Jane went out of their way to try and help. We spent nearly two hours on the telephone in the car park. They 100% went above and beyond their remit to support us. Even staying later than Jane’s working day was scheduled for to try and fit us in. I cannot thank the whole team enough for being so brilliant and going above and beyond the call of duty to give one lad a chance to take his test. Thank you Thank you. You made all the difference in a very stressful situation and it was greatly appreciated.

Had my test here today with a loverly lady jane she was brilliant and ive never took a lesson in loughbrough never drove around loughbrough and i went and passed im so happy

Awful test centre... The driving examiners must of been bullied at school or something.
