I suffered a month during lockdown with my back tooth finally i got referred i was excited to get it sorted the receptionist was lovely but the dentist was talking about a tool she was using needed to go in the bin because it had chunks missing out of it but she kept using it then she took my tooth out and snapped one of the roots so dug around some more a month later it won't heal and i am still taking bits of tooth out myself.

I had an appointment today to have my tooth filled or removed when I got in there the receptionist was very polite she showed me where to go I went into the room and the dentist man was very disrespectful he told me you should look after ur teeth,I suffer with anxiety and panic attacks and he never asked me any questions about my illness he just pulled me about and never told me that he was going to inject me he just pulled me about and seen I was in pain and never even asked if I was ok and his apprentice should of stop him doing it as she knew I was in pain very disappointed as I had a panic attack on the way home due to the man being a butcher you don't get treat like that a a vets if you was a dog waiting for a manager to get back to me taking further advice discussing

I had the most dreadful experience as an emergency patient today 30.04.20. The dental assistants were so awful they made my traumatic experience even worse. They rolled their eyes everytime I flinched with pain,laughing under their masks and continually looking at the clock. They didn't speak to me reasssure me or try to calm me down. I have never ever had such an unprofessional uncaring service in my entire life
