We used the lovely Rowan's services after a recommendation from a neighbour/friend otherwise we would have never known about her! What a kind, caring and compassionate lady! We will definitely be using Rowan's service again and have no hesitation in recommending .. Our beautiful Jack Russell terrier Cassie passed away quite suddenly at home aged 15 on June 30th 2020. We were devastated and quite traumatised, Rowan made this horrible experience more bearable for which we will be forever grateful ..

Olive 2011-2020.Our amazing Bulldog had to leave us this November and finding Memorial Wood made a heartbreaking day a bit easier. Rowan was amazing and we couldn’t give enough thanks. Memorial Wood is definitely the place we would recommend to anyone requiring pet cremation.
Rowan is incredibly patient and such a gentle soul. I am heartbroken over my dog passing however putting him in Rowan's hands was the best decision I ever made. She is very kind and makes you and your pet feel very special and if I am ever in this position again i would choose her every time to take care of my pet. I could not recommend her enough.
