Had a great time picking out some new darts! The try before you buy service is brilliant and I would highly recommend. Lots of different barrels to try and then once you like a barrel Brian was great in recommending flight and stem combinations. Thanks to Brian for his time and excellent service!

A really fantastic shop. I've been along twice once to get my 10year old some darts... he tried loads of sets and the owner was really helpful aiding to find a set he like. Then I went to get myself some darts and again tried 15 sets or so and the help was again fantastic. I have also bought online (during lockdown) from them and the dartboard and surround arrived next day in perfect condition. All in all always great service, very helpful and friendly, and great to support a local knowledgeable business. Here's a pic of the dartboard setup at home.

I went to The Darts Shack today, although the owner was in the store, due to Covid 19 restrictions he told me he was sorry he was closed and I couldn't enter the shop. Disappointed I turned to go back to my car, as I started to walk away the owner asked me what is was that I was looking for? I told him i was a novice and I just wanted some stems and flights so I could play at home with my sons. He then went to his stock room and brought back 2 sets of stems and 2 sets of flights. I asked what I owed him and he said just give me a quid. I only had a 10 note, because the shop wasn't officially open he had no change for me. He then told me to take them for free to allow me to play darts with my boys at home. A genuinely great guy and shop with a massive massive range of products where I've shopped in the past and now will use again and again in the future. Will recommend to all my friends that are darts players. Thank you again and I will see you when you reopen properly.

Customer service was fantastic great to talk to someone who genuinely has passion for what they do. Having the boards set up was great and allowed me to leave having felt I'd got everything I possibly could. Will definitely go back and would recommend to anyone.

Just been down there for the first time and I'm super impressed. Great friendly and knowledgeable staff, a wide range of darts to practice with and some really good boards up as well. Large selection of stock including pro gear. If you're someone who just likes a randon throw or like to take things more serious, this is definitely the place!
