I Visited the Loughton store last week with a problem on my own bike . I was greeted at the door by a young gentleman call MAT. I explained the issue , and within a matter off minutes he fix the issue for me at no cost. The next day I ended up going back in the store thinking off up grading my bike as matt had left such a good impression in my mind from the previous day. After a while of being in the store I ended up purchasing 2 Giant Bikes from mat. Mat's knowledge, no pushy approach and patience's of really listening to what the customer wants is second to none. I would highly recommend Mat to anyone looking for a new bike. Thank you Mat for all you help and assistance I will definitely be coming back to see you, your a great ambassador to the company.

Fab new store, opened recently, but already having a fantastic impact on local cyclists. Personally I have already purchased one bike from this lovely store and I am sure it will be the first of many. My bike arrived within a week and was set up quickly and perfectly to my current bike fit measurements, which I had provided. Outstanding service! Great range of bikes and accessories in store, but if there is anything you can't find in store you can be sure they will be able to order it in. It has a friendly, helpful and welcoming atmosphere. It will undoubtedly quickly establish itself as a popular hub for cyclists.

Rung up to get my break pads fixed, was told they are busy until end of August but because all I wanted done was my break pads changed I was instructed to do it myself as it was easy to just 'pop back in' after watching a few videos on YouTube I need a few very particular tools, yea...I'll just pop it back in!!! Maybe give people appropriate information before opening your mouth and talking rubbish
I recently ordered a bike from Giant Loughton, choosing based on the advice of Matt, the very friendly and experienced store owner. The bike arrived after just a few weeks (sooner than expected since I ordered at the start of lockdown) and was exactly what I was after. I've since been back to the store as Giant kindly offer a free check-up 1 month after purchase, and then every 6 months thereafter (for up to 5 years). Matt had the bike checked and ready to go within 48 hours. Amazing customer service; I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a good quality bike.
