I can see that overall customer experience has been good but I can’t say the same first time ordering Ella email about my order and promised to check again and come straight back to me. That was a week ago I haven’t heard. Have called many times and left messages also email asking about my order and have heard nothing. Very disappointed

What fantastic service. I wanted a Price & Kensington 6 cup filter at the beginning of 2021 and could not find anywhere in the UK that had any stock. When I contacted Louis Potts, Ella very kindly offered to email me when they had some in stock. So thanks to her excellent customer service we enjoyed a lovely cup of tea using it yesterday. I would use their on-line service again as we don't live local to the shop

I ordered a beautiful Victoria and Albert tea set from Louis Potts. I live in the United States so it was shipped to me. The exterior of the box was badly damaged during shipping. However, the interior was so well packaged that nothing was damaged. I am so pleased. Everything was in its own box, then inside a container with layers and layers of protective material. I am beyond thrilled as it is a Christmas gift. Thank you Ella for your emails updates and great customer service.
