Great product but when the product isn't right the returns procedure is really poor. Weeks since returning the product, no contact, no phone number to call, faceless Lounge need their back office sorting. Plainly feeling the growing pains of a fast pace organisation. I would say at the moment you are caring more about growth and less about customer care. This will no doubt be buried in the good reviews but if only you contacted the customer to update on the returns situation you wouldn't get this review.

To be honest, I can always trust Lounge Underwear at this point to have better bras than any other place. Their balconette bra really flattered my small frame more than I thought it would. All their sets are cute and fit true to size. They also just make you feel great in your own skin.

Absolutely blown away with everything Lounge Wear!! From their easy ordering, quick processing, quick shipping, beautiful packaging and Product Quality!! The last one is a huge deal to me! Finding something that fits and is durable and comfortable is very important.

10/10 for customer service. I unfortunately only received half of my order- jacket and bottoms- which only the bottoms turnt up. After emailing and talking to a lovely lady called Ellie, she sent me out another jacket. It was straight forward and sorted out immediately with no questions asked. I don’t believe it was down to the company after speaking to Ellie and that the fault may have lied with the delivery company. This however didn’t matter and Ellie was more than happy to help me. The quality of the products are outstanding and I will definitely be ordering again!
