Trying to make contact with someone there is very hard, it feels like the organisation is actively trying to keep its customers at arm's length. I'm not even sure if this office still operates, everything is run through Waterloo Housing. In Birmingham.

Waterloo housing group have to be one of the worst housing associations in the country their properties are like going in a time portal back to the 80s. They have a very dim view on health and safety on they responsibilitys but if the tenant causes health and safety issues they are straight to your door telling you to sort it all the facilities in my property are severely outdated and some of them are dangerous and it looks like to me that they choose who they want to enforce the rules on!

We cant afford to live together and my partner was given the weekend to have the whole house ready for inspection, every room was decorated and passed, she failed on paint on a window frame and the garden, having three kids made the two days stressful, considering all three kids are in one room as the only other possible room couldn't fit a single bed and grew mould which caused my son to have a chest infection resulting in an asthma pump. She complained about the windows and nothing was done. She has no chance of getting that new dream property for the sake of two small jobs that we could have been done on the day but was refused a later inspection. Now she is distraught after all the hardwork and our children will now all have to continue staying in one room. All for the sake of not letting us finish the last 2 hours of work that needed doing. Inhumane, money minded and inconsiderate. Stay away from this association.

Really poor customer service by the lady at the end of the phone. I have no power in any of my sockets in the kitchen. Power to the rest of the house and the lights but just not the sockets in the kitchen which means no boiler no cooker and the food defrosting in the fridge freezer so i need an electrician out. She said it's not an emergency as its summer (it's spring and raining at this point and a little cold) so we don't need heating. I have a 1 year old and a 6 year old who will need a cooked tea and a warm bath at the end of the day. She said fill the bath with a kettle haha i said who's gonna cover that bill. She said we can try to get someone there next week. Is she having a laugh no hot water heating or cooker!!!!!! Why is that not an emergency!! Another poor service\u200b brought to you from new linx it's just one after another with them! Absolutely rubbish land lords!!!
