We have only recently started with love to care as we were with a different care company for a few years. I have to say that I am already extremely impressed with them. They are clean and tidy. Do things like wash soiled bedding without being asked and clean up after themselves in the kitchen. Our grandad who they look after, is well looked after. They are polite and friendly towards him and make sure he is happy before leaving. They wear their PPE without problems and overall make me feel safe that they are in our house. 5 stars from me and my family xx
