Ordered a kit for dad's birthday. Online process was quick and simple. Package arrived promptly. Noticed a part was damaged when we opened it a few months later. Love Brewing customer service team agreed to ship out a new part, which again arrived rapidly. No problems there. Looking forward to brewing the lager.

Brought an air still bundle deal arrived fast and well packaged and all was top quality emailed to have the bucket lids drilled to fit a normal air lock bung which they did with no problems emailed again to inform them that one of the flavour samples was the wrong one and again they posted it next day excellent service can’t fault them spot on
