Today, I cycled to the shop twice. According to the website the shop was open @ 09:00, the shop was closed, I cycled back to the shop just before 10:00, still closed! Called 3 times, no answer, no message and no opportunity to leave one, so much for supporting the local bike shop.

Richard, the owner of Primavelo / Lovevelo, is a fraudster and a liar. I bought a bike off him through ebay and never received it after waiting more than 4 weeks. On the rare occasion he did reply to emails, he just responded with lies. In the end I had to report him to eBay. Avoid dealing with this man at all costs.

Fantastic bike buying and fitting experience. Richard really knows his stuff and has the patience of a Saint when it comes to tweaking your fit / finding THE saddle! Will definitely be back for my next bike!

There was a communication and part sourcing issue which resulted in a lengthy wait for my bike to be ready for collection which was frustrating. If I had been advised from the start what the situation was and my phone calls returned then the end result would have been better. The owner replied to my complaint and I eventually got a refund.
