The Border Riever

A spacious, clean and well laid out store, lots of staff but some appear to have little to occupy themselves but some busying as best they can with fewer customers. It would be nice for Halfords staff to acknowledge customers with a good morning or good afternoon as they wander around the store, a courtesy goes a long way and will ensure returning customers. The cost of some products are overpriced compared to online and Halfords will have to be careful in this respect, I understand they have overheads to support, I spent 68 in store because I want to shop local and as matter of interest priced up similar items online with a min saving of 25, you can see what's going to happen for future purchases. I'm not aware if Halfords do a price match for same products but suggest they should consider this otherwise I fear they will struggle in the new normal shopping world which would be a shame.
