Ordered raised bed planter GPL 700 in April order ref. 1116209 and not heard a thing about when I will receive it. Impossible to contact them by phone, even now that restrictions are easing, other companies are coping so why not this company? Also sent two e-mails without any response. They keep sending advertising for more products which is a joke.

12 day late we eventually received or delivery of 1.2x1.8x30cm raised beds.... but not only late but minus the internal corner post, screws and instructions!!!! so at the moment we have 266 worth of useless timber in our hall!!! cracking!, so please I used this company. NOT! At the moment i would suggest to anyone thinking of use them not to bother. They do have a chance to redeem themselves. I have sent customer services an email, so lets see what happens next, how long they take to reply and if they get the missing parts out so we can actually start growing things before winter sets in.

I used to love Harrod for their quality and different product than anywhere else, but now... I can't do zero Stars unfortunately. I ordered a trellis with extension. The extension came, the base trellis after several delays nearly 2 month later. When we unpacked we realised the fittings where not correct. I could not get anybody on the phone, so I sent several mails. The first one 13 days ago. For that one I got an automated answer that it can take up to 7 days. Well it did not, still have no response from a person. I sent 2 more chase up mails. Not sure, If I will ever get to the point where I can actually put the trellis up. My mail title Order 1092515,- wrong parts in Fixing Pack 254 (FIX-254) No 13 GDN-677

This company is a joke. After writing multiple emails and calling many times- to then find the phone lines are closed so I can’t even cancel my order.... It’s been three months since ordering- and no updates on when it is coming or responses which are said to be send after 7 working days. Gonna have a full grown tree in my garden before this arrives. I understand it’s Corona but that doesn’t mean cutting off contact from your buyers is the right thing to do. Get it together seriously. This is the worst experience of customer service I’ve ever had - even as someone who’s had to work many jobs in the same industry.
