Had the pleasure of buying an A5 through James Coe and it was worth the 7 hour return journey. Professional, friendly and was very understanding & patient when my third party finance had delays. Originally had my reservations about buying a car online 150 miles away without a test drive however was very impressed overall.

Having found the car of my dreams was over a hundred miles away, I put my faith in Lowestoft Audi and Alex Marsh and paid 500 deposit before seeing it, I travelled to Lowestoft the weekend after to collect my new car and found the car to be better than expected. Very friendly and professional dealer, I would buy from them again. Alex well done.
Having not before a car remotely previously, i was a little dubious about the process but Alex at Lowestoft Audi made the whole process painless and very quick. Every query was dealt with promptly and professionally and the delivery service was super professional. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car online again and would recommend Lowestoft Audi to anyone !

Efficient, diligent and personable. Dealt with Alex, Stephen and Rob during my test drive and subsequent purchase of a 3 year old A7. As a business owner myself, I appreciated their professionalism, desire to win my business (but not in an overtly assertive manner) all mixed in with a good level of light heartedness. Based on my experience in Aug-20, I would recommend buying an Audi from Robinsons Lowestoft.

Brilliant service from start to finish. An early Sunday trawl of the web site found the vehicle I’d been looking for had just come into stock. There were no photos however so I requested a video presentation and expected it sometime during the week. In the event, I got a text about 10am, with a link to the video prepared by Alex Marsh. As a result, I arranged to go and view the vehicle and put a holding deposit on. The price was ‘competitive’ so I didn’t haggle but Lowestoft Audi we’re kind enough to accommodate a couple of requests, including picking the car up, subject to a suitable test drive, the following Friday as I live some distance away. In that short time, the car had been serviced, valeted and an alloy wheel repaired. It was gleaming when I arrived. I could only find a couple of minor marks, which is to be expected on a 3 year old vehicle I suppose. Moreover, Alex’s knowledge of the in car technology was superb. This is the first of 15 Audi’s I’ve purchased from a main dealer and have already approached them about a replacement vehicle for my wife. I’m a convert to Lowestoft Audi and the 170 mile round trip was worth the effort. A nice team who really looked after me.
