Fantastic service from start to finish. We weren't sure how easy it would be to purchase a new car during lockdown however Robinson's Lowestoft made it simple. We were sent videos of what they had in stock. After selecting the vehicle we wanted they arranged the finance and the trade in of our existing car over the phone. Handover was conducted in a Covid safe manner however the salesperson still managed to give us a full overview of the vehicle. The service we received made us feel like a valued customer even though the sale was not conducted in a traditional manner.

Purchased a Touareg from here, my second one from Robinsons. They got the road tax band wrong (which I have in writing, was told it would be 260 but is actually nearer 500) and refused to even acknowledge it. Last week I tried to book it in for its service to be told it had no service plan on the system despite being told it came with one. After a week of none returned phone calls I have been told they will not stand by the deal as I have 'no proof'. However they will 'give me the benefit of the doubt' and sell me a reduced rate service plan. Not good enough, you made my wife and myself feel like lairs. I have had my car serviced elsewhere and will never deal with you again !! To top it off, just had a phone call telling me its time to book my Touareg in for its service. REALLY, TAKE ME OFF YOUR SYSTEM !!
