Great quite park with lovely beach 5 mins walk
January 2018. Under Tingdene ownership for last few years. Totally refurbished pet friendly holiday park for static caravans. No camping facilities. No entertainment on site. This is a very quiet, peaceful, (almost residential) holiday park where most owners stay all season from 1st March to 15th January when the park closes for winter. All caravans are privately owned, some are available for holiday lets. Look online for \holiday caravans to let North Denes Lowestoft\ for details and prices of those to let for holidays. Situated on a prime location right next to the sea! Beautifully kept high quality park. Occasionally sited caravans come up for sale at North Denes but they are very hard to come by. Because of this, caravans are a good investment as they hold their value well at North Denes. Hint: If looking to purchase on this site it is worth going there and asking some owners about what is available, they often know more than the management! Expect to pay a minimum of 15,000 upwards to purchase a decent holiday home. If investing as a holiday let, you won't have any problems filling your letting calendar. Really nice place. Clean and well organized.
Beach access isn't instant it opens up on to a broad walk was an old marina sight so pieces of metal and stakes sticking out of the sea so no swimming .very quiet sight which we enjoyed not suitable if you want something for kids to do.giving it 3 stars due to the caravan we rented bed was terrible x
