Came here as my car broke down and the mechanics were so helpful and honest to the point where he would show the work that had been carried out even showed my old parts. I have also recommend this garage to my family and friends and we have been using them on a regular basis for any mechanical work or valeting. Their prices are unbeatable even when it comes to getting a new set of tyres!! Will defiantly be using them again and I get a car wash with when I get a full service. KEEP UP THE HARD WORK GUYS !!!!!

Be careful. We agreed to buy a car on Friday night and to collect the car the next day on Saturday. We got insurance sorted and paid. Then told Saturday morning when we called to give ETA that they were selling it to someone else. Called 3 times to speak to the manager to remind him of our conversation each time told he would call me back in 5 mins. No call. I could hear him in the background but he just did not want to talk. Be very careful and ensure everything is ok before buying as their integrity does not seem to be good. Note in response to below, You said you would text me your bank details on the Friday night and took my mobile number. You said you would not forget to do that but would do it prior to you attending a wedding that evening. You never did this. I even wished you a nice night. You basically agreed to a deal then did not honour it. We spoke on Friday evening at 5.00 PM and as such you were going to close and so the only option I had was to transfer the money to you if you had sent the bank details. You cost us a lot of money and it shows a lack of integrity. As stated above buyers be careful

Fault description in advert :INTERMITTENT BOOT LOCK/UNLOCK ISSUE HENCE LOW PRICE BUT BOOT CAN BE OPENED INTERNALLY OTHERWISE ALL Okay. Car was also advertised with 12 month warranty, received 3 month warranty which I had to insist on. Did not offer receipt for amount outstanding after deposit. My issue is not with the boot locking fault. Car has been sold for 899,that is above market value for a good working condition renault megane 2006 5 door 1.6 petrol engine vvt. Car faults which I have not been informed of : when locking the car alarm goes off, has to be locked manually ( using a screwdriver). The car's hazards come on while driving or parked, on their own, the alarm comes on while locked, often even with the keycard in and passengers in the car. If the car is locked with the manual key the hazards will come on, the alarm and hazards go off until the battery is drained. Even if the car is left unlocked the hazards come on during the night, draining the battery, making it unusable. These issues were not discussed during the selling process. Garages say it needs a full rewiring which nobody wants to do and is unfeasible economically. Dealer said they are legally obligated to sell it as a spares and repairs because of the boot. I asked to return car on the next working day after purchase, have been told no over the phone, have sent written requests for refund, no response.

LPC CAR sales and servicing is not a registered company and cannot be found on companies house. They also state that they are a ''Registered dealership'' on their website however they are not registered with the Motor ombudsman and have not committed to The Motor Ombudsman Trading Standards approved Code of Practice . What register are you on ? One of rogue traders perhaps ? I also note that the address they supply on their website ''28 wellington street '' is not their actual address .... it is the address of the Funeral directors next door LPG motors is at 29 wellington street (A good way of avoiding court appointed bailiffs. ) In your communications with Lpc motors they will sign all emails and letters and receipts with ''Lpc motors '' As stated above a fictional company. No where no there website or anywhere else will they use or will you find the actual Name of the people actually fixing or selling you a car ! Again is a common tactic to avoid legal prosecution. The company is run by Mr zubar Hafeji with his wife and son selling cars. Note the name ''Hafeji '' and look at the positive feedback left and you will find that people related to them have left them positive feed back on google reviews .. i googled other reviews left and found that they had been copied word for word from other company's reviews Work carried out by this ''entity '' may invalidate your warranty and put you and your loved ones at risk.

Brought a car from them. The gentleman that showed us the car was very friendly and helpful, knew everything about the car we wanted (which shows how passionate they are about cars). Paperwork was done in a breeze and they checked oil, water n tyres jus before we left. Lovely people, will be using them again and recommending them to family and friends.
