Almost 6 months on from opening a claim for a lost item and still awaiting settlement payment. Acceptable settlement agreed early November and all requested documentation forwarded by myself. Several assurances that payment has been made but yet to reach my account 2 weeks later and no remittance note forwarded despite my request. Extremely poor customer service and communication, would definitely NOT recommend this business for your insurance needs. Happy to take your premium but not to pay out on legitimate claims
