I joined Andali fitness just under a year ago now and was made to feel so welcome from day one. Andy is an inspirational trainer and is extremely knowledgable. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him. The circuits are great fun, hard work and thoroughly enjoyable as are the Andali group runs. Getting fit has never been so much fun.
