Communication from Nine is appalling, ironic for a communications company. Beware if you want to terminate their services and request a leaving letter from them. This document it would appear is the holy grail when it comes to ending your contract, however they managed to send it to an email address that had not used for several years, despite billing, support and customer relations all using our correct email!! They then presented my company with a bill 627.29 nearly 4 months after switching providers and have started threatening recovery This amount has since been reduced but dispute is still ongoing, absolutely disgraceful.

The billing / accounts are awful. Hardly a month ever goes past without there being a problem and inevitably we always have to chase them up to get a response . If we were not tied into a contract I would leave them today especially as I believe we are now paying way over the market price for a VOIP system. It's a pity because the phones are fine and the technical support team is very good.

We had a minor outage at Air Marketing Group but as soon as I called 9Group and spoke to Connor the level of service was exceptional. I was update on progress constantly and the issue was resolved very quickly
