Terrible experience. Worst customer service I've come across in recent memory. This company has a lot of work to do. Issues, listed out: 1. Gave me wrong postcode address for car park - apparently it was an old one they had moved from years ago. 2. Rude staff at point of car drop off and collection. Lazy, sitting down, abrupt and disinterested speech and unprofessional looking. 3. They advertise that once you call for pick up, it will take their shuttle bus 'never more than 20 minutes' to arrive and collect you from the airport. 30 minutes later I was still there, just laughing to myself at the amateur leveltlevel company wants to operate at. 3 things there for APL to work on improving. All doable. I wish them the best and future customers a better time than I had. But going on my experience - there's no way I would choose them again.

Great experience. Easy to book. Easy to park. Prices good. Cheaper than at Luton airport. Booking in is straightforward. Drop your car keys off in the designated bay box. Buses to the airport frequent and is only about 10 minutes. For best prices, book on line. Will definitely use this again. Staff really helpful.
